Description             : q3lab is a spacious ctf map for anywhere from 4on4 to 8on8 matches. 
			  It was designed for instagib as well as all weapons style play (thanks
			  to bnd_ and MuFF for helping me with the item placement). The rooms
			  are all very open and lend themselves well to getting up speed as well
			  as to entertaining good, and sometimes comedic, fights/situations. 
			  much thought was put into distances and sizes for strafe jumps and 
			  line of sight.

			  easy to do since Duke Nukem used a 2D engine and did not have any concept of the Z axis).

Put map-q3lab.pk3 into your Quake III Arena\baseq3\ directory
To load this map type the following into your quake3 console: /map q3bho3

Under "skirmish" in the single player menu for quake 3, a selection for 
"q3lab" is in the capture the flag category.
